Manny has a background in Sales and Management. He found out about Success University through his good friend Kalpesh Patel, who is an Ambassador with the company. He was already an avid reader of Personal Development and self help books so Success University was a good mesh of his sales background and his interest in personal development.
Manny‘s original goal when he joined was to create a passive ongoing income. "Now I see Success University as the vehicle to help me reach financial freedom and to help others achieve the same," says Manny.
"I help new students get off to a good start by working with them to contact their warm market and I demonstrate how it is done and make sure what I teach is duplicated. I focus on my member’s goals and dreams and help them to develop a winning attitude by helping them develop their mindset and posture. I also get everyone to work as a team ‘there is no ‘I’ in team.’ Encouraging and helping everyone to move in the same unstoppable direction is a vital aspect of leadership."
