Trisha Smith built her Success University organization to more than 11,000 students by staying committed, being persistent and sticking to her plan.

"I really wasn't looking for something when I heard about Success University. When I heard what Matt Morris had put together I knew immediately this was going to be huge, and I got started - fully committed to helping create the most exciting company in the personal development industry," says Trisha.

Trisha says there's nothing better than waking up in the morning and looking forward to going to work - of course, it helps that her commute usually involves walking down the hall to her home office. She can look out her office window while making calls and see her 6-year-old grandson coming home from kindergarten becasue the business gave her the flexibility to move into a home across the street from her children. Her grandson can come over for an after-school snack or to play, and Trisha doesn't have to ask permission from anyone to take a break.
